Lots of the Megaman X cheat codes that people use don't work for them in the long run. You have to use some of these cheat codes, these will work with you the best. Some gamers who do not want to make the game harder can look at the ones at the bottom.
1.  This one is a great one because it gives you a lot of advantages. If you want to beat the bosses, then don't use this one.  This is the code:
8441 2176 4423  This will give you,from the start, 4 sub tanks, you will have all of the turbo hearts, you will get all the upgrades, armor, and all the bosses will be defeated, so you can go strait to the final stage. This is a good one to use if you just want to beat the final boss. I use this one when I decide to cheat. This one is the best one to use because of the things it will give you. It is the best of the 3 I gave you.
2. This next one is one that gives you a great head start to the game. This code will still defeat all of the bosses. This is the code.
8447 4666 6156  This will give you all of the abilities, you will get all of the turbo heart tanks, you will also get all of your sub tanks,  all bosses will be defeated and you will get Zero's buster blaster. ( That is a really good weapon )  This one is good if you want a better weapon when going into the final boss then all the armor. This is a pretty good code, it is one of the 3 that I use.
3. If you want to have all of the upgrades that the ones above get you, without a few, and you want to go threw the whole story, then use this code. It will get you what you want if you are a full gamer. This is the code:
3475 5668 2581 This one means that you will have all of the turbo hearts, you will have all of the sub tanks, you will get the full armor upgrades without any of the bosses per defeated. That way you can go through the whole story and have all the fun!  This one is the not as good one of the 3 good ones that I have listed but I still will use it.
Those are not the only good 3 but they are the best by far to me. Others just give you a little while this one gives you a lot.
If you are a gamer who wants to make the game harder, this is a code that you can use. Here is the code:
1. 3748 8612 5524  This is a code that gives you all of the sub tanks and all of the turbo hearts but it also means that you will get NO weapons or armor. That would make it a lot harder to complete the game, though it is a good code to brag that you beat the game with it. It is really hard to do this one with, I am a good Megaman X player and I can't even do it with the cheat code. I am just not able to play with the lack of items. I just need some weapons and some armor. It is truly hard.
2. 4723 2486 1324  This one is a code for having all of the bosses defeated but you will get no leg dash, you will get no body armor, you will have no helmet ( that means no helmet enhancement ) you will also not get a buster blaster, you will have no turbo hearts, and you will get no sub tanks. This one is a hard one because of the lack of what you get. All that you really get is all bosses gone.  This one is not as hard because you can go back and get the items that you don't have, but how will you get there?

Although I don't really play MegaMan or anything like that, I do think someone who does play these type of games will find this very helpful and beneficial so well done on that.

Just by looking at this I can tell you put a lot of effort into making this walkthrough very descriptive and detailed. You described every step carefully which was good to see. 

I think structure was a let down for you. You must paragraph your work; this will make it easier for the reader to read. If it's all bunched together the reader will have difficulty reading it and may just result to using google for their walkthroughs.
