That is what the VIP membership is for, unlimited downloading. There is no way to offer unlimited downloads to guests unless more ads are put up to pay for the excessive bandwidth usage.

VIP Memberships cost money but due to a payment processor banning us there really is no way to to receive the funds at this time.
