Is it just me, or does the art in the new Castlevania game, Dawn of Sorrow, suck? We're used to real, kinda eerie artwork. They're using anime-style artwork to attract younger audiences. Castlevania is NOT a kids game! Look at this!

Well I have nothing against Anime style drawings, but the Castlevania series has a tradition of using a more artistic manga style.
But its all marketing, whatever will attract attention.
So long as the gameplay is good at least its still ok...
But yeah, I prefer the way they drew things before.

If the game is fun who cares what it looks like (Pong, Pokemon Red / Blue, The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., Castlvania, etc)? Besides, it's not like the whole game is an anime. The drawings only appear in the plot points. Fun Castlevania game.
