So apparently Sega and Nintendo are at it again. They've joined hands for another partnership and the first game to come out seems really interesting. It's a Sonic game, so speed and platforming are natural, and based on that screenshot you'll see when you scroll down my post, I can assume Tails will play a role somehow even if he's not a playable character.

Normally I'm hesitant of new Sonic games but after Colors and Generations I feel like Sega is starting to understand their own Sonic Engine, besides, Generations was a big step in the right directions. I'm also wary of Nintendo doing another game formed by a partnership because most of the games they make with the help of another big company usually end in mild disappointment. The games are never bad but they aren't really good either, however recent partnerships for games on the 3DS and Wii U seem to have proven that Nintendo has changed their ways and are more open to suggestion while still trying to keep the seal of quality.

No console bashing here please, I just want to know what you all think about such a dream team partnership creating what seems to be a really big game.
