Skyward Sword for sure, not only the most cinematic ending for a Zelda's franchise, it's also the base for any Zelda game so far (Nintendo's Official Timeline). They have put so much detail in it, making sure to explain as much as possible on Zelda's universe. I have to say Skyward Sword stands as my favorite Zelda game, and this is coming from someone who have played every single one of them (not including CD-i, of course!), the art style is simply stunning and they've managed to make the WiiMote enjoyable!

Sure Skyward Sword was a really cool ending, but I would say my satisfying ending was Wind Waker. It just was a satisfying way to go on with the story beyond the game too.
