I have been down that road so I know how hard It Is to come clean and stay on "the wagon".  I am donating 5 vizz! Also some advice, cold turkey might work for some people but I had to go to  M.A.A. ( muffin addictiveness Anonomuos) program.

Step 1. Start with donuts. If you have too, eat a jelly one but I suggest going straight to the plain ones.

Step 2. Now go to dry pancakes, no syrup! This Is the hardest part of the program, most adicts quick and fall off the muffin wagon on this step.

Step 3. Plain Rice cakes! The last step In the prograhm, yes deliciuos plain rice cakes. They may not have a taste but they are good for you : )

Can I have a rainbow colour? Probably the only chance I will see my name that colour, thanks.
