I battled the ghost leader, but I still wasn't able to get into that Poke Mart.  So beating that leader was nearly impossible, because I was out of Potions.  Anyways, I made my way through the cave and to Brox city and all that jazz, walked around, talked to everyone, but I don't have the HM cut because you are supposed to defeat a warden or something, but every 'Warden' I talk to just tells me to stay away from the prison, or go away, or whatever.  I already went up the path with the five trainers, already met Bill, already talked to the police officer on that route.  Nothing.

Did I miss something?  There were two police officers at the fence area, but when I pressed 'A' to talk to them, they vanished.  I thought it was some sort of glitch.

Also, when are you supposed to join Team Rocket?

EDIT: Nevermind!  I went back and fro between the cities... Came back to Brox town and my brother was there, so it's all good.  Thanks!
