JoshFelix : Hi Josh, maybe i'm a little late with replaying... I have this glitch too, but after I defeated Silver (red head guy) I couldn't find Yellow in Mt. Lauren, I searched it on youtube and Yellow was standing in the Entrance to Skyner City. But as soon I got there, there was no Yellow...? So I skipped Yellow and I was searching for the 1st Gym leader in the Mine but she wasn't there also? What now? I still can't pass the Steam dudes in front of there hideout for catching Mewtwo. Please help!!

mangaeyes : I ran across the same issue. I've been playing the game on my phone and when that happened I looked all over the Internet and I guess its a game issue, not a glitch. So the only thing you can really do is use the "Walk-through-walls" cheat code. There's still no solution to that glitch but by using the cheat code you can get by it. The code is: CE2CCCB2 5D8D815D. I had to same problem with this glitch, but I found a way to get it fixed without redoing the whole game. I actually ran into this problem after going to buy the super repel because I didn't have one on me. I  also well as finding it weird that I could get the same or a different starter in the region at the professor's lab after I had already received one of them. That's when I found out about the glitch.

What you do is go back to the starting town of the region (that's Carmin Town is you didn't know), then you go talk to the professor again and he will give you a starter Pokemon of you choosing again. This is part of the problem, so don't worry about getting the same starter or a different starter. Once you get your starter Pokemon again, go battle your rival on Route 507 where you met her before. Battle her, then continue through the rival encounter until you get back to Flamerny City. Once you battle the rival and the professor again up until Flamerny City, you should be able to get back into the mountain to give the gym leader the super repel he needs to get rid of the wild Pokemon.

mangaeyes : try to go to west and u will find a pokeball it has a super repel that the gym leader needs
