Two Pokémon based on Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan. The fact that those two incredibly famous figures are known for their extensive back story in KUNG-FU and that each of those Pokémon only focuses on ONE aspect of fighting (Punching for Hitmonchan and Kicking for Hitmonlee) which means there is no mixed aspect of their individual fighting styles... Without a doubt there is no connection to MMA.

Hitmontop is another story though.

but bruce lee is the maker of mma.
combinding more then 4-6 different martial arts to make he's own martial art even better.. what considers me to make hitmonlee a mma users..
