OK, so here goes. I would like a layout with this picture repeating horizontally, maybe repeating once vertically. (I know it looks weird since it is the same one in my layout. Whatever XD)
I want it to stay this size too, not pixelated . I would like a text box that can scroll, with a semi-transparent black background (50% opacity), that covers around 30-40% of the layout horizontally, is on the left side of the layout, and covers almost all of it vertically. I also would like to have a little header at the top of the text box that says "A noob you don't know, and probably never will", that is a bit bigger then normal text, but not too big. If you can do that, I will send you 2,000 Viz even though I know it is free
