Because everyone who is playing this game has played Sonic 3 before, I'll just cut to the chase and rate the Sound and Music only. 
 
 ~SOUND~ 8 
 
The SFX are ridiculously funny in this hack,there are silly sounds like when Sonic jumps he makes a high pitched sound, and rolling makes a low rumble. In the special stages, grabbing a blue sphere makes a low sound instead of a high one. (Just try charging a spindash, it sounds really cool ) 
 
The music is also very different and can be. . . interesting at times, It feels like a different game all together with the unique tunes in the zones. You really should just listen to the music.
