Not having watched much of the series past the Cell incident ... Kamehameha was always my favorite.

Absolute favorite Anime battle scene as a kid (being as I was the same age at the time) was Gohan decimating Cell with that attack.

I'll also have to go with the Kamehameha Wave. The Warp Kamehameha especially, even though it failed.

But then again, when it first appeared, the Final Flash was pretty awesome too. In fact! Not entirely relevant, but I like(d) them both so much, the Kamehameha Wave and Final Flash, I basically eventually had my Sayian OC learn them. Not only that, but do things similar to both for his own signature move I made for him.

Raddy : warp kamehameha and final flash, i love those moves!!! goku was the only character who actually ever used it through. as for final flash, trucks did a attack that was very similar to vegeta's final flash attack. i think it was called big tree cannon, if i'm not mistaken.

know what big tree cannon is. probably because it was not used to often in the the series. basically, big tree cannon is trucks (kid) ultimate attack. you can see more information about it on the dragon ball wiki. all you have to do is type dragon ball z big tree cannon, and it should take you right to it.
