I'm not surprised that a lot of people don't want the Viz. Viz is pretty easy to come by, esecially after posting 500+ times over the last 30 days like we all have done.

Yeah and also the reward does not give you much Viz at all.

Tomorrow, the July one will start. Then maybe I'll place high enough to make it into a title

maybe... and it only starts if I or someone else wants to do it.

It doesn't require any special access.... just someone who is on at the time to do the number crunching...

ziggy, any chance you wanna do next months? I enjoyed it for this month but I dislike having to be awake for it and since it's summer break I figure you might be around more at night now. Let me know.... but I wouldn't mind a break from it since I'll be running the new murder mystery

yeah, the acs.php is what you use... so you just wait for the day to change on the acs page... you'll know because it'll go from having 20 people listed to having none

and you just do what I did.... post what you get and then start a running total.... pretty straightforward....

well, that's that. June is officially over (in the server time zone at least ).... and look, I won! with 278 out of a total of 300 possible points. I would say that that might just be unbeatable. I don't know if anyone can top that point total. I'm sure someone will try, but I don't think anyone will have as consistent of a month as I had.


Now, I think Ziggy is going to take over for July. It sure looked like he was going to. Which will be nice for me. I'm tired of staying up late enough to submit these every night. It did help me win a lot of the days I wouldn't have otherwise won but whatever.

So yeah, I'm gonna leave this open until Ziggy makes his and then I'll close this one up. And I'll give Juliet her custom title, and if David or DH want one then they can have one too . Or the Viz too.... if you guys want your Viz prize let me know.

I was thinking, should we really have another of these straight after this one?
It would be more special, more of an event if we only had it every 2-3 months, what do you think?
Well either way I don't mind, and if ziggy isn't able to do it but everyone wants it run I can oversee it.

Yeah I think it would be better to do it one month then skip the next month and so on and so forth. I wouldn't have to be posting all the time and it could give me a break every month.

devonm13: It's quite pathetic that you only post to get higher on the VCS.

Also, I'd propose that we keep track of every month, but maybe only have rewards every third or so.

I don't really care what people do this month for VCS. If someone wants to run it that's fine. If we all want a break I don't mind that either.

VCS is fun but I agree with DM.... we don't need to reward people absolutely every month it happens. I was suggesting we just have a title for the winners (maybe top 3) for July.... no viz, or anything else. Most of us that are going to win can get the custom title anyway if we really want anything so it shouldn't create a whole lot of spammy posts (except from Devon )
