In my opinion navi wasn't as annoying as midna fi is very useful and navi but midna wasn't all she did is allow you to teleport and reach high ledges but she didn't help me with boss battles

Wow, as soon as I read the title, I instantly thought "Navi" as well! That little fairy really made me dislike Ocarina of Time. I will not say it was the reason I never finished the game, but it certainly did not make me want to come back to it! These days, I joke with my friend a lot, quoting Navi anytime I need my friend's attention. Drives her nuts just hearing it.

But Navi is not the only annoying video game character. For instance, in Mario Kart Double Dash, Daisy was EXTREMELY annoying! Yes, I happen to like Daisy a lot in general, but playing as her or against her in this game with the sound on really got on my nerves. Every second, Daisy would scream, "HI I'M DAISY!" over and over! Passed someone? "Hi, I'm Daisy!" Switched seats? "Hi, I'm Daisy!" Use an item, fall behind, just recover from an attack? MitsuriZX: I agree with you. I sometimes just shoot at Slippy because he's so annoying.  But I don't see what is so bad about Navi. The fairy thing in Skyward Sword (who's name escapes me at the moment) is more annoying I think. She seems to go on much longer, and just overall, more annoying.

I have to say for me it was that red dragon boat from The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker.
I would hate how you could be right in the middle of something, and he wants to talk so it automatically stops you to talk to him.

I never played the original starfox, Starfox Adventures for gamecube was pretty good but it depressed me for some reason. I never played pokemon black. I make fun of Navi now, but when I was 10, she really didn't bother me at all, I was too immersed with the rest of the game.

Ruling out bosses that are just hard to beat or even spammy, and characters that were probably intended to be annoying... I guess I would have to say dr robotnik (sp?) who is apparently the only human being in the entire sonic universe who has a surrealistic body design which annoyed the hell out of me for a while but I guess that DOES make him stand out more.
