Topic of the week: Your rival in Pokémon Red,Blue, and Yellow

Ok, this is a weird one to start off but, what did you call your rival, what is your strategy against your rival, etc.

With my rival, I always call him Lucas, in ever Pokémon game I play. The reason for that is because, well, that's the name of my real rival/ friend
My strategy for Lucas (That's how I'm going to address the rival) is pick the squirtle, since I think grass doesn't really have a stronger advantage over water ( so I always use Tail whip and tackle ) I only use squirtle for most of the Lucas battles, since a usually in the Pokémon games I overpower my starter Pokémon. (Example: Squirtle: level 15, pidgey: level 4)

its not really that boring you should have faith in the stuff that your writing. anyways i called my rival gary because thats who he looks like and i started with squirtle. my stratigy was using butterfree and using supersonic and poison powder and then swich to any other pokemon. that stratigy worked really well. i didnt keep butterfree for the whole game i only used it for misty because her pokemon are high level.

I call my rival based on which game Iam playing for example if Iam playing Pokemon red I would call my rival red if Iam playing Pokemon diamond I would call my rival diamond and so on
