tRIUNE : Got it working now. As for the save states, I'm aware some aren't supported but the fact that it crashes the plugin when loading one is a little concerning.

I am having the same problem with DoDonPachi.
It closes immediately after being opened.

As for save states, there are too many variables to be considered when loading a save, which may be the reason for crashes.
More modern games have a lot of data they rely on such as playtime, time and date, number of coins inserted, etc.
Since loading a save is more or less 'going back in time,' it causes all kinds of havoc on all this data and essentially confuses the emulator, causing it to crash.

Vanelan : That game and all of its clones worked for me with several different builds of the plugin including versions 2.25 and the latest dev build. I've just now reuploaded the files for the parent game, and black label clone, not sure if that would help though.

Are you having the problem with the parent game, as well as all of its clones?

If you have the following files after I reuploaded them, delete them and please let me know if the problem is the same:
