I'm pretty sure I have read "Lucifer" in the Bible. The history of the Canaanites is told in the Old Testament of the Bible.

The only time the name Lucifer appears in the Bible is in the chapter that I linked in the OP. The point is that, in that chapter, everything is directed at the king of Babylon and Satan isn't mentioned at all.
