I enjoy school for the education and all of my friends and acquaintances are there too.  Now, there's people I don't really care for but that's apart of it.  I wish everyone could love school as much as me.

Well, I've been done with school for 6 years now but I also hated school when I was young. Let me tell you though, once you finish school and move on to a job , you will wish you took the time to enjoy your youth more. School may seem boring or like something you don't need but I promise you, work is no better, and most people find work worse than school which in all honesty, is pretty easy.

This is my Freshmen year in high school, I actually like going to school now. I hated middle school with a passion. People teased me even though I was literally the strongest guy on campus. Somewhere in the summer in between 8th Grade year and 9th year everyone seemed to change. Sure there were still your cliques of cool kids and what not, but I fit in more.
Seriously your worried about Swirlies? I`ve never seen that happen except on T.V.
Just be yourself and see what happens. You may find that you enjoy your new school more as the year goes by.

i agree with hnnn. swirlies or getting beat up really only happens on tv, unless you're in a terrible school, which i doubt you'll be in. Plus, if you do get bullied, you could talk to a teacher, adult, or therapist ( i sound like one of those dumb bullying videos, don't i? :/). Anyways, I like middle school. I like school in general but I was never really that fond of my middle school, I thought it looked trashy, the kids were always ghetto and horrible, and I did not enjoy 3 years of it. Middle School has always been terrible because everyone there tries to act like they're the coolest kids, and they swear, and constantly annoy teachers, and I seriously want to punch some of these kids square in the nose. Some kids are normal though, and they're the people I hang out with, but otherwise it is just, bleh. The education isn't really the problem, it is the kids.
