The second dungeon is eastward of the first, and you can access it navigating the green forest. It should be in plain sight once you spot it.

I assume you already have the Wooden Sword (Because it'd just be funny if you didn't know where that was), and are referring to the White Sword at this point: The white sword is northeast of the first dungeon,  left of the mountain, up the stairs to the right of the waterfall. You need at least 5 hearts to get it. You will have 5 hearts once you clear Level 2, but it's also possible you'll find some hidden hearts along the way if you got the proper equipment.

This map may help you, but it may also spoil the game for you since it reveals the locations of a lot of secrets that are more fulfilling to discover on your own.
