Barathemos : We are very much alike. I am also 15 years old, and I am 6'0" as well. Last time I weighed myself, I weighed 155 lbs. I don't know if that is a good weight for a 15 year old. But I am a pretty healthy one. I play basketball, so my height helps me out a little. I eat a lot of fruit and meat. I have a pretty good amount of muscle mass on me. You should pm me sometime!

I don't usually way myself, but I did last night, at my dads! I'm about 9 Stone (roughly 126 pounds). Before Iast night, I hadn't weighed myself in about a year? Yeh.. that long haha!

I do about once every other week. Although it isn't for the same purpose as everyone else here. I check to see if I gained weight instead of how much I lost. I spent most of my life being pretty underweight. A lot of people give me death stares for complaining about this because there isn't as much of a stigma for underweight people as overweight. They make sarcastic remarks pretty much saying I have no right to complain about it. But being 15 pounds underweight is not healthy and it is not attractive. Sure I can hide it, but I couldn't wear fitting clothes without looking sick and starving. 

I still have have an overactive metabolism that makes it hard to maintain a healthy weight. So I make sure I am not losing too much weight. Weight lifting regularly has almost rid me of the weight issue, but if I slack off on it, I start to look sickly again. So I keep track of it.

I don't weigh my self often because I don't own a scale. The only time I weigh my self is when I go to the doctor for my checks up now and again which is like every other month, so I guess I weigh my self moderately ever other month.
