Overall
Paper Mario is a great Nintendo 64 game made by Nintendo. Once again you are Mario trying to stop Bowser from taking over the world, but this time all of the characters in this game are two dimensional. If you slide the camera around the characters will be as thin as paper. This is why the game is called Paper Mario. You can fight enemies by jumping on them, using your hammer, or by using one of the many items you will find throughout the game! This truly is a wonderful game.
Graphics
The graphics in this game are great. There is a lot of detail in the items, characters, and battles. The theme of the game is paper so everything is thin. Even you. When you fall, you fall flat and when you beat enemies sometimes they fall flat too.  When you go through houses the walls fold down and the menu is paper too.
Sound
The sound in this game is very familiar it has the classic Mario themes and new ones you wont soon forget. If you take the time to listen too them you will like them and maybe play it to hear the music.
Addictiveness
This game isn't very addicting though. It is like most other good rpg's. Some people would feel that they paid for it and they don't want to waste their money while others will really enjoy it. If you like Mario and rpg's you will like it, but if you don't like either you may not like it.
Story
The story in this game is great. Bowser stole the princess Peach's castle and kidnapped princess Peach too. Mario tried to defeat him, but Bowser stole the powerful star rod from star haven and easily defeated him. It is up to you to help Mario find the seven star spirits, rescue princess Peach, stop Bowser's evil plans.

Mario is smart and saves Peach every time
Peach is the princess of the mushroom kingdom and is a kind gentle ruler
Bowser is an evil koopa king and kidnaps princess Peach
Luigi Mario's younger brother who can be scared or helpful at times

Depth
This game has a lot in. There are lots of different attacks. You equip different badges to get different attack and each badge is different from the last. The characters you will find are very helpful too.

The star spirits are seven wise star that live in star haven. They watch over the mushroom kingdom and guard the star rod. They came down to Earth to help Mario, but some get captured by Bowser's minions.
The towns people give Mario useful information and help him on his quest to save princess Peach.
Mario's partners have many different abilities. They help him defeat the bosses and they help you find items.

There is also a place to mix items to get better ones. If you go there often it will greatly improve you chances of winning battles.

Difficulty
This game is like most others. If you don't train it is hard, but if you do it is easy. In the beginning it is very easy but in the end it can be very hard.

Overall, an AMAZING game. But I can't seem to get past the part with the giant piranha plants.

Well you did a nice job with your review making sure to add everything inside your review. But I could be better if you do some things in your next review.

First you might wanna start out by making your beginning sound interesting like say for instance you were doing a review on Punch-Out on the NES, you could start out like this. *Opponent falls to the floor* 1,2,3.......8,9,10.. KO *Crowd Applauds* That's it's time to step into the ring and face off against the boxing legend from the 80's Mike Tyson. If you do something like that it will make your beginning sound interesting and will make people want to keep reading.

Second, when you talk about sound, addictiveness, and difficulty. For sound you might wanna talk about what your personal favorite songs were in the game, for addictiveness you might wanna talk about how you felt when you started playing it or when you finished the game and let the people reading know if you'd ever play it again, finally for difficulty you might wanna talk about how the difficulty was for you when you played the game like what bosses were hard for you to defeat.

Third, include yourself inside your review. Since it's your own review you can write what you feel should be in the review as long as it stays in line with the Posting Rules shown on the left side when you're making your review. If you feel it's a game you won't forget and you'll like for a long time you can include that in your review.

Lastly, when you're writing the ending for your review. Just like with the beginning you wanna make it sound interesting you use a quote from the game to end the review or explain something that makes some bosses easier like for Lava Piranha if you keep using Snowman dolls on him when he is on fire in his 2 form he will become alot easier.

Now you don't have to listen to what I say you can write your reviews how you want, all I'm trying to do is help give you ideas for your future reviews. Still did a good job on the review though.

No problem, I just wanted to help you out so people will really like your reviews and so you'll be able to earn more Viz for writing more about each option.

I was always a big fan of Paper Mario when I first got it, I must've played through it 10 times between obtaining the game and it's sequel's release. I loved the RPG elements, especially the battle system, but the classic Mario fashion of going through dungeons. The badges are what made the battle system deep and entertaining - most RPGs don't have anything like that. Admittedly, it has nothing on Thousand Year Door, and the puzzles can become stale if you get stuck on one area for too long. But overall, it;s a very fun game to play. Try the other games in the series too.

Great review my good sir!1 I wasn't too sure if I wanted to try Paper Mario since I'm not a big Mario fan (well not intirely true, I like Mario Party, Mario Kart, and Classic Mario.) But after reading your review I might give it a shot.

Overall your review is short and straight to the point. You could have maybe gone a little more in depth on the topics; but you did a good job.

Good Review!!
