There is no real way to fix graphics unless you have like a super good graphics card to handle the N64 graphics. So you might have to deal with it and get used to it.

Adding to what pokemon x said, you can try the various different video plugins from the links in the top right of the game window with each emulator. Other than that an update to the RGR Plugin will be needed which involves an updated video plugin and/or modifying the Plugin's ini file.

I'll look into it if the different video plugins from the game window have the same problem.
