If you mean games in the RGR, then yes, so long as the content isn't plagiarized.
In case you have trouble knowing where to post a walk-through, here's a suggestion.

Simply go to the games profile (example: Pokemon Emerald),
then scroll down until you see the option "Click here to Make a Thread for this game".

That'll make it easier to find. You get the picture.
