Well I just bought Sonic Chaos for the Sega Master System and I have been completely addicted to it but the most addicting game for me is Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis, I can play that game any time, any day and its hard to stop playing it.

For me the most addicting game was Super Mario Bros. 3. I used to play that game all the time, it is just so good. I don't play it as much anymore, but I still play it from time to time. Also I used to play Brawl and Melee a lot with friends. Also I used to play Age of Empires for hours at a time.

The most addicting game I've ever played is probably all of the games from the Pokémon franchise. I think I'm addicted to them because each game has its own different story, characters and Pokémon followed by different special featured events in each title.

Facebook's Tetris Battle the most addicting game I've ever played. You grind for hours on end, trying to get to level 50, the top level there is. You fight for hours sometimes just to keep a certain level. Then, you hit level 50. You're on top of the world! And a week later they raise it to level 100.

And let me tell you, hours and hours of war with blocks got me up to that top level. I don't play it anymore because I got sick of falling asleep to the sight of blocks falling.

I have played many extremely addicting games over the years. But one of the only ones I've played with a long lasting appeal is Minecraft, especially when I first started playing about 2 years ago.
