I have to say there is no best pokemon because there type advantage, stats. Every pokemon could beat other pokemon. If I have to said the best pokemon in my opinion I have to said slaking, because his stat is amazing and have only one weakness.

The best pokemon in my opinion is no other than Typhlosion lugia and mewtwo they all tie in first place to me, but if i had to choose i would choose lugia, because he can use all sorts of attacks.
