Last time I got mad at a video game was in Pokemon Puzzle League, I lost to Mewtwo on Super Hard difficulty 4 times in a row, so I had to go over Gary 4 times in order to get to him. Utterly frustrating.

Another time I got angered at a game was in Prepubescent Cussing Simulator Call of Duty: Black Ops, when the game glitched and I got killed 12 times in 20 seconds because it set my spawn place to where the enemies were camping.

Dark Souls, particularly the Ornstein and Smough boss fight.  When you beat one, the other absorbs them, goes back to full health, deals more damage, and is more of a pain.  This boss made me rage quit for 6 months.  Then I came back, got back my eagle shield, and killed them on my 3rd try..........
