 i been trying to hunt Jirachi for a long time i know that i must first talk to the snake pokemon (forgot its name) thats in the lake but how can i get to that part i saw i pic of someone beating Jirachi so how to get there i know its on wish cave and all that stuff but how to started it?

If you have gone past the first Sky tower and beat Rayquaza, you need the friend Area Sky Blue Plains and you need to get a  mission in evolving Medicham and some other Pokémon. The you are able to access wish Cave which you cannot carry items in there and you start at level 1.
