I have all the parts for the first disk of FF7. When i try to extract Disc 1 part 1, I get a CRC integrity error. What do I do to create the first disk?

I searched the past topics, and I couldnt find a good answer. Could anyone help?

what program are you using to extract?
if you're using winrar, when you have all the parts you right click part 1 and extract from that.
if its giving a crc error it should say for which part, please check which part has the error and let me know.
it may be that one of the parts didnt download properly on your end due to any number of things and you will need to download it again.

anyway, let me know

I managed to extract the first part, now what exactly do I need to do now?

Edit:

Ok, I got it working, but now Im trying to configure my xbox 360 wired controller to the computer. I having trouble.

Thanks for the help!

Edit #2: Ok, so I got the 360 controller to work, but when I start up FF7 disk 1 it goes to this long credit thing. Is this normal?

Also, how will I transfer my save over to disk 2?

Edit #3: The credit thing repeats again, and Im pressing every button to try to get tot the actual game, and nothing is working.

Edit #4: I figured it out, so now all I need to know is how to use my save from disk 1 for disk 2.

good to hear you got it going and the controller set up, as well as the button bindings.
so your save file is working good?
well, if i recall, when its time to change disks the game asks you to save.
you can then either quit the emulator and start it up again with disk 2 and it should load, or when its time to change disks you can press escape to go to the emulator, click file then change disk then iso and it will switch over disks.
