Way overdue update. Gotta remember to make sure someone else posts just so I can make an update.
Well I still have not done very well tracking anything. I still have not gotten in our swimming pool. Somehow I have not felt interested in doing so. I do not understand why. :/
This week has gotten a better start than usual. I went my 2.88 miles in 45 minutes total on Sunday, jogging for 9 minutes worth of that time --in three or four bouts. Here is some copy/paste from the sticky notes I kept on my computer (application, not actual paper).
7/18/12
9 hours. (electronics)
12 minutes (tests; jumping jacks, push ups, side raise, bicep curls, sit ups, squats)
7/19/12
10 hours. (electronics)
45 minutes.
2.88 miles. Jogged for 9 minutes (which may have saved me 15 in total).

9 hours.
7/22
walked for 45 minutes (jogged some)
Yesterday (7/23) I did what felt like a combination of cardio and muscle endurance on a BOSU ball.
This evening I brisk walked that same 2.88 miles in... guess what? 45 minutes. I guess I should try a little harder next time. I still feel good about this week's exercising so far. Although the amount of time on electronics is higher, at least my exercising as increased as well.
