Bowser in Super Mario World for SNES... all you had to do was hit him on the head twice with those Metakoopas and he was done.

I believe someone earlier mentioned King Boo from Luigis Mansion... definately was a joke of a boss. And awesomely from SNES Barkley Shut up and Jam. playing the Charles Barkley at the end of the game with the difficulty all of the way up still is a piece of cake. I guess Sir Charles, as he is known by in the game, is not that good after all lol.

In all my experience, I'd have to say it's Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts 2. Sure, his battle is a little lengthy, but he's easy to counter and over all ridiculously easy.
