I'm pretty sure I fixed this problem with the save files - the problem was that both zip folders for Ruby and Ruby Destiny had different names, but the rom files shared the same name. Check this my thread here for how to fix this locally:

Is the Open Plugin Data Folder not working? The folder can be accessed from your local settings data as well.

Well, I could definitely re-upload the game with a slightly different title so that you could play, but I'm trying to avoid duplicate games in the RGR.
