Whenever I enter battle, I can't see the menu, so I don't know what I'm selecting. Does anyone know what the problem is? Is my configuration set right, or am I missing something? Here are my configurations.

Video: Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.77
Sound: ePSXe SPU core 1.7.0.
Cdrom: ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.7.0.
Bios: biosSCPH1001.BIN
