ok, i recomend you get a program like Alcohol 120%.
its not free, but you can trial it for i think 15 days.
have a look at/muck around with that and try and make a PS game image you can play with epsxe.

You can use any ISO creators really. I did it with my copy of RedAlert .

And yeh, you'r going to have to upload it. WinRar lets you split files into smaller sizes (as you've probably seen) for easier upload.
