How do you stop the game's lag?
Hi, I just signed on to this site so I could lay the I used to play a long time ao. So I started to play pokemon yellow, but it lags A LOT. Can anyone tell me how to fix it, please and thank you.

Unfortunately, lag can't really be fixed.

Keep in mind how the system works. Once you have the general idea in your head... you have to think how the data is streamed to and from your computer.

The only way to 100% prevent lag is to get the game in real life

Make sure you have as few programs running while playing. If you have anything open, close it unless you have to have it. Also, close any extra internet pages too. The more pages you have open at once (as well as other programs), the more CPU you are sucking up, causing lag. Start playing a game, then hit your start button on your computer screen and type in task manager in your 'search programs and files' box. That will show how much of your CPU is being used. If you are close to 100% and have no extra stuff opened, your computer simply isn't strong enough to run it smoothly.
