To obtain a post layout, you must be a member status or above, and have 10 plus posts. Once you've done that, go to the Vizzed Market and visit one of the many "layout shops." Someone knowledgeable of HTML will make the layout for you. You could also give an image of the layout you want. Same applies for having a user pic.
