2009 is going to be such a slap in the face, let me tell you now. Everything in the world has changed; we have a new president who isn't some old white guy, the stock market is fluctuating frantically, and isn't the LHC back in business next year? Wonderful!

They have freaking Cars that fold into a suitcase! (Or Something) Where do you think all our neat stuff comes from? Toyota, NDS, GameBoy, Wii, PS2, it's all Japan! Japan/China is technologically advanced but I think US is too, it's just being held back from the general public. While Japan might seem more technological from a consumer base I am pretty sure US has some tricks up it's sleeves. All of our technology is put into government and space while Japan put's theirs where they can make a profit off of that's why they are so strong economically.
Japan is extremely smart, they use symbols as text and from what I can gather symbols signify a LOT more about intellegence, look at the egyptians and all of them. They used symbols and man they were smart. All it takes is the tools and power to alter gravitational pulls and space travel will be a walk in the park. Some of you might not believe in the whole UFO scene but I can guarentee that we have reverse engineered their space crafts and learned about their technologies.
