On Pokemon Light Platinum, can you complete your pokedex?

Are there people to trade with in the game to get all of the trade evolutions at least between Kanto to Sinnoh?

Are there the new pokemon moves from Black/White or at least the ones from Platinum?

Is there a Battle Frontier?

If they have it, can you clone pokemon and items there?

Do you get to come back to the Elite Four, and they're stronger than they were the first time
you challenged them?

Can you come back to Gym Leaders and re-challenge them when they're stronger?
