I downloaded all 9 parts to metal gear solid for the epsxe and then i used winrar on it. it gave me a bin.ecm and a .cue. did i do something wrong. I tried to open it with epsxe and it didn't recgonize anything there.

i have the ecm download...but what do i do now? I tried to open it and it closed. I put the ecm file on top of it and it did something..but when i open the rom it doesn't do any thing. all i get is a blank screen. Am i doing something wrong or not doing a step.
