I, DM are gonna attempt biphasic sleep. It means that instead of sleeping one 8-hour period, I'm gonna sleep one 4 hour and one 2 hour period.

Starting today, I'll report my progress here. (Protip, this is gonna suck the first few days)

Edit: Some extra info:

First sleep period: 02:00 AM - 06:30 AM
Second period: 05:30PM - 07:00PM

Wish me luck.

Ehh, I have pretty much gone with 3-4 random 30 minute naps for 1 year now. Just decided to actually do it on purpose and scheduled this time.

I've never tried biphasic sleep before.... wait, yeah I have. In the summer of 07 I had Biphasic sleep patterns all the time and it kinda sucked.

I checked up before attempting it and most important thing to note is that you have to do this everyday, no extra sleeping on weekends.

Tiredness is getting worse now, Feels like being run over by a train wreck.

Edit: Nap done, Right before and after nap felt DISASTROUS. D:

Woke up one hour before the alarm clock (6AM instead of 6:30AM), actually have time to post before school today.

Worst thing today is gonna be gym class, gonna have to save all my strength for that.

Edit: Gym was "forgotten", and my second sleep period just ended. Which wasn't sleep really more like... Lie down in bed and then hear the alarm clock. Except that I actually got sleep.
