Thinking about how successful I am on another site... I am very motivated to help out and chat there, but not here.
This is bugging me.

There are great people here on Vizzed, and I've even met a few of them.
I feel disappointed that I'm not at least giving my friends what they've done for me... I need to pick up my pace.

I've been thinking a lot of how I can improve my teaching strategies and methods next year.  I do so much work that grading ends up taking most of my time.  It's hard to find a solution though because I want to truly evaluate my kids and not just take the lazy way out.  I guess it really comes down to moderation, but I reflect every day and try to find ways to improve. It's been on my mind a lot recently as I come home swamped in grading every day.
