The SNES games are always awesome and fun, and this game is very good, just like most of the other games, while it's true that I haven't played a lot of Jurassic park games, I can still say that this game is very good :

Story : the story is very simple, yet epic, there is a island where (somehow) dinosaurs are living an a group called byosin or something like that wants to cause trouble, you go to the island armed with guns and other things to stop them, but that's not all, sometimes you will also need to protect dinosaurs, the story is not very awesome, but it shows that even us humans can be evil at times (the same thing happens in real life, by the way)

Graphics : SNES games NEVER have good graphics, this system is old, so simple yet a bit realistic 16-bit graphics can be expected, the hand that appears at the screen where you select a mission looks realistic however, this game graphics are a bit too awesome compared to other SNES games.

Sound : some effect sounds aren't realistic and others are realistic, an example would be what you hear when a bomb explodes, it REALLY sounds like a bomb, as for the music, I can say is VERY good, it goes from epic to some creepy tracks, the music that plays when you get a gameover is a good example of this and for epic music would obviously be the music that plays on the mission where you have to protect the galliminus.

Addictiveness : the SNES games are mostly good (sometimes, they are better than the games we have today) and this one is one of the many good games on the SNES, I would play this game over and over, is very fun

Depth : a VERY short game, only a few missions are available, but that doesn't make it bad.

Difficulty : This may be a very short game but is at least VERY difficult, almost all of the few missions you can choose are very difficult, so even through this game is short, it still long because the difficult of it makes you use a lot of time.

Overall, I give this game 9.4 points, it may be short, but is very hard, very fun, and it has great music, not to mention that the way of playing isn't very complex, you move left and right, you can change weapons, and you can find items on the levels that either give you health or give you more bullets for your weapons, just like almost any 2-D shooter.

Jurassic Park isn't the best game out there. I'll be honest and say that its pretty bad. Its fun, but the gameplay and how it works is really bad. The game is very long and has NO SAVE POINTS. Which sucks if you played it in person. Yeah, save states work here, but back then its annoying to beat it in one sitting. It sucked.

The movie was a whole lot better than games. And honestly, there is a PS1 2-D shooter that is better than Jarassic park , but I have not played it in years, and I can not think of the name of it right now. Sorry.

Well...disagree with me, but the fact that you can't save makes it BETTER in my opinion, sometimes, the harder a game it's the better and longer becomes, video games are supposed to consume a lot of time, and the fact that you will delay clearing only ONE game will make the fun longer, at least that's how I see it.

I honestly liked this game playing it on the console. It did get to be way too easy though. I got to the point to where I would only play it on 2 player mode with someone because it made it harder to work with someone who you have to share stuff with. It made it more interesting.
