I just randomly thought of this while channel surfing like 5 minutes ago so its pretty vague but anyways its a potter story so here goes

What if the dursleys dropped harry outside the vatican? hoping it they would purge the world of such an unnatural thing. What if they didn't what if harry (feel free to change his name if you wish) grew up in and around the Vatican? how would this harry react to the European magical world?
