I honestly didn't think that classic Sonic Games could get any better than S3&K. Boy, was I wrong! I actually rate this above S3&K for various reasons, some of which I will elaborate on in this review.

GRA: The graphics are heavily improved from even S3&K. For starters, the Data Select screens have been tweaked to look better. Also, Knuckles' cut scene palette has been changed to reflect his playable one. Title cards resemble their Sonic 3 versions throughout the entire game. And, those are just the obvious ones...

SND: Same awesome music as the previous iterations. Love the new End Credits Medley!

ADD: Even more so thanks to the fact that you now have 3 games to conquer (not including Blue Sphere), not to mention the many options you'll now have to play with.

STR: Improved thanks to new graphical changes and cut scenes added to help the plot make more sense. For the full story, see my Sonic 3 and Knuckles review.

DEP: See the above addictiveness column for more information.

DFF: Made even easier due to the many glitches being removed.

Isn't this game actually called, "Sonic 3C"?
Sonic 3A = Sonic 3 alone.
Sonic 3B = Sonic & Knuckles.
Sonic 3C (you reviewed) = Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

This is what I found thanks to Internet resources!

This just like S3&K, but like you said, it has improvements that were never in the final version.
I am surprised this game can only be played with emulators!

Sonic 3 Complete is a pretty good game. I enjoyed this game, and this game is really good. I enjoyed it.
