paulxds : The controls can't be customized with the RGR Plugin while using Mupen64. The way it works is if you have the controller plugged in before starting the game, Mupen will automatically detect the controller and it will be pre-configured.

I don't have a list of compatible controllers for it, however, my controller which is a Logitech F310 works.

Alright so this is a list of games that now work that were "broken" in the RGR, the list should be a lot longer but I lost the piece of paper somewhere that I was keeping track on - this list might expand in a few days if I find it:

Games Fixed
Batman Returns (NES version – was the wrong game upon boot from the play link)
Fatal Rewind (was the wrong game upon boot from the play link)
Pokemon Revolution (red hack)
Pokemon Z (red hack)
3 Game Pack! - Ker Plunk!, Toss Across, Tip It
