Game console death screens/lights?

 
Have you ever gotten any of these error screens or lights? Pick all that you have encountered. The red dot of death on the Xbox 360 Slim falls into the red ring of death category. The PS2 RSOD is the red one that says "Please insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 format disk.", the Xbox Error Screen is where it says that your Xbox needs service.

I have never owned a PS3, so that doesn't apply to me. I have seen the Error screen with an XBox, but never mine (thankfully because I play the crap out of that). I have only had my XBox 360 for year or so, and have not seen the Red Ring yet. However, the Slims apparently don't get that problem near as much as the original 360 did, so hopefully it will last as long as my XBox has.
