Probably whichever one doesn't commit suicide, go missing and get beat up bad, dies and CAN'T USE A PHOENIX DOWN ON (Cough Areith cough) , or one how is killed off for no reason (WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE GALUF!?). So probably Squall (And his badass-ery)

Oh wow this is a close one. It's hard for me to pick between Zidane from Final Fantasy 9, Nanaki (yes I always use his real name) from Final Fantasy 7, or Squall from Final Fantasy 8. Though if you had to twist my arm I would pick Nanaki. He was just the greatest character in the entire game to me.
