dc_bios.bin (rename dc_boot.bin) and dc_flash.bin any sharing program should have these and google is your friend scan them first

Have you tried using the Google index finder.

1)go to Google.com
2)type in intitle:"index of"(***) XXXXXXX

Replace *** with the file type
replace XXXXXX with the name of the file you are looking for.

You should see results that will look like
Index of /a hidden folder name/t

a very powerful tool I might add.

if you read the other posts you will see that the nullDC emulator works ok, yes its not as good as the real thing, but it does play most games perfectly.
