Ugh, this is killing my brain. I found something (but I don't really want to post it yet, unless other people get involved). I just can't figure out if I'm applying it correctly... can I just ask how many ciphers are in this one? I know the last one was double encrypted, but does this one have more?

dagedude : I won't say on this one. I'm confident that when you look into the right place, everything will fall into place like a four piece jigsaw.

Alright, I am going crazy over this... I will just go ahead and post what I have tried in hopes that other people will see it and pitch in.
Spoiler:
If you read the first letter in each line, it spells out: "No Nothing Here Oh AlrIGht TRy Every TenTh Word".

Every tenth word in order (assuming I counted correctly and interpreted "every tenth word" correctly): last look for it, the there, anime so some you show Any two words. words purgatory words my second move word I word tried turning making repeating and beats Got that clues face, knowing I the same but see you a to enough assume kind the figure. lucky your That where me, he look only path. lead? on Am wall

The number 2 seems important, but I don't know how to apply it. The word "Prime" also seems important (as it has a different appearance in comparison to the other text). I try applying the word Prime by taking the tenth words (in order) that start with the letters in the word "Prime", giving me: Purgatory Repeating I Me (nothing for E unless you loop back through the story, which would give you Enough) (I realized that taking the first two letters of these words gives 'PuReIMeEn', in which case I note the word 'Pure'. Probably nothing though) (Also, converting the word "prime" to numbers in relation to the alphabet gives: 16 18 9 13 5, and taking the "tenth word" corresponding to each value gives the string "Purgatory My Some Two The". Again, probably nothing)

I also took a look at the tenth tenth word (you). The only way I can think of that "you" would fit in with the previous cipher is if the answer is "you angel", but I doubt that. I've taken the first letter of each tenth word (llfittassysAtwwpwmsmwIwttmrabGtcfkItbsyateaktflyTwmhloploAw) and the last letter (tkrteeeoeuwyossysydedIddgggdsttsegIeeuaohedeeyrteeekyhdnml), but this all seems useless, especially with how many double/triple-repeating letters there are.

So basically, I'm stuck after "Every Tenth Word", particularly because I don't know what to look for anymore. I don't know the significance of every tenth word, nor do I know whether "prime" is important or not. Honestly, I think I'm over-analyzing all this, but I hope that at least something in here is on the right track, and that someone might make more sense of this than I can.

dagedude : I'm suprised at how some people can in fact over look somethings. I like your thinking, however, with all the different solutions you found. Everything you got right was was the first two paragraphs of what you just posted (so you should focus on that). Those words seem like jiberish. If only there was a way to make sense of them all.

Darkpower508 : Thats what I figured, but I have been dancing around different ways to make sense of it. I catch different pieces but I haven't quite gotten it yet. I've lost a lot of sleep over this, so hopefully I will have the answer soon.

ukala : 42 what? I don't understand what you are trying to say... is that how many "tenth words" there are? Please clarify, as I would appreciate any help on solving this

dagedude : 42 is obviously the answer to "what do you get is you multiply six by nine"   :p    I think a HitchHickers reference. Ok, I'll give one more hint. There was a reason why I mae prime a different colour. It was to make it stand out so people wouls notice it. How can you apply prime to the puzzle? As in, the puzzle have not made much sense unless you have read the first letter of every line, and in itself was out in the open for people to read. So maybe prime and every tenth word are combined in some way.

Spoiler:
Now, you probably worked that out already, so why not try writing all the words you find every tenth word, and write down the number to that word as you go along (ie last = 1, look=2 for=3 etc.) And see if you find anything that way.

Darkpower508 : I think I got it: "Angel Beats"
First word "Angel" comes from the first puzzle. Second word "beats" comes from this one. First, you write out every tenth word with their corresponding number (see previous post). Then you take all the prime numbers and write the corresponding word, giving the message: "look for the anime show two words second word beats that but too assume lucky look wall". So, I listened to the first part of the message "look for the anime show, two words, second word beats". From remembering the answer to the first puzzle, I instantly thought of "Angel Beats".

Credit goes to my friend for reminding me what prime numbers are I haven't dealt with prime numbers since 6th grade, almost 5 years ago XD

dagedude : You got it! Viz will be sent. Congrats on working it out (even if you had a little help =p). I have a third puzzle prepared, but I'll give it a little time for you to recover. After this third puzzle, I will have none left.

I think I might be ready for the third puzzle. Or, I'd at least like to start
If you need any help coming up with some, I would be glad to help you out

dagedude : Very well. Then lets begin...

WHAT?!? Both my beautyful puzzles....solved! Alright, you asked for this. Behold my hardest puzzle yet! A TRIPLE ENCRYPTION PUZZLE!!! I will offer only one hint. I hope your powers of deduction are a sharp as your wits when you solved my other puzzles. Look on the bright side, there is a glorious prize at the end. Seek it. Anyway, here’s the puzzle. Tell me the message and give me the item in real life (a drawing will do. Heck, even a picture off the internet). Some clues to decoding the message are in the following paragraphs, which starts and ends with the ditto marks. Enjoy! (note the puzzle begins and ends in the quote marks)

“noting the paper on the table, it was apparent that this guY was Obsessed with ciphers.
oh, yoU would Have thought thAt he would’VE slept, but no, because, questionably,
tHere are nO bedS. just who is this guy, anyway? really? no beds? it’s not explained!

thE walls were covered with Notes and messages with PriOities and difficulties that just
hurt my mind thinking Of such levels of complexities. I simplY couldn’t work if This
insane, quant peRson was trYing to get at. Well, it was time to start SOlving and to
see if soMething would pop up herE. where to start is the question.

There were tHree pIctures of julius ceasar on the wall no joke. why three? well, why Not,
i suppose. i thougHt i saw thE aLphabet SomE where. With it, I saw several numbers
mentioned beside it. On the table, there was a sum, 657265987456 + 170451256604626
Either way, this guy has a lot of time on his hands.

The walls in general had several cithers, including the use of phone numbers for
Ringing people and asking for letters, ones that use a series of quotes from books,
ones that involved every 8th letter from a paragraph, ones that was double and triple
looped and stacked and ones that involved his recites from what he brought last week.
Looks like he’s a profession in some way.

Facing the alphabet, I saw a small message etched into it by the long series of numbers.
Annoyingly, I couldn’t make out all of it, only “follow them, but not word” The rest certainly wasn’t
clear enough to indentify. So I started to copy the numbers and see if
enough information could be found. Then I felt something.

I felt as if this wasn’t just a puzzle I was solving, I felt as if there was someone reading my thoughts, watching my every move, and it was near an end, that the words were finishing and the puzzle was solving with every breath. I then had a feeling that this person needed my help, that only we could solve it if we worked together. He needed these hints, this information, this…..answer. I felt that this room to whom this person belonged was making more than just puzzles. Then I realized I must be going mad. It must be the room with all its puzzles surrounding me. I don’t know what I was thinking…. Anyway…. are you there? Heh, here are the numbers….

23, 27, 83, 89, 102, 122, 148, 153, 162, 170, 189, 211, 216, 241, 268, 274, 281, 290, 332, 346, 415, 419, 423, 457, 459, 463, 507, 519, 579.

What ever these numbers hold, it’s sure to become a scrambled mess. Maybe I can apply a second code to it to make sense…”

Wow, this one definitely seems a lot harder than the last ones... I'm not even sure where to start! I can guess that there is a Caesar Cipher of 3, and I've looked at every 8th letter from each paragraph. Also tried applying the shift, but I haven't noticed anything yet. Still working on it though, just wanted to let anyone else who might look at this know.
"Not this time Troll face" XD

By the way, I hate to ask this in the middle of a thread, but do you see the images in my layout? I'm trying to figure out everything I lost from the server's image wiping.

death_nation : he says that he needs a drawing/picture of it anyways, and how you got the answer... and I'm the only one who has "played" in almost a month...

Anyways, those numbers at the end don't correspond to numbers in the puzzle (only 442 words). There are 29 "scrambled" numbers (the ones at the end). Both numbers combined in the "sum" (657265987456170451256604626) have 27 letters. I was hoping for 26 or 29 numbers I'm still trying some things, I just haven't spent much time on this one yet. I've only been looking at it for maybe 10 minutes, but I'll get more involved in a day or two

death_nation : That would be considered as spam, you know. Remember what happened last time you spamed a thread.

dagedude : Well maybe it'snot connected with the words then. Try reading the puzzle again. On a side note, I have put three intended red herrings in this puzzle, with a few unintened ones as well. Kudos if you can find all three (you found the first one dageduge, btw).

Darkpower508 : I think I might have found a few more. That's why I dunno where to start XD A lot of the info seems to be red herrings. Plus, I haven't looked at it too much. Basically, I'm still looking at the 3-shift but I'm not sure where to apply it. And, I haven't spent enough time looking at it to ask for any hints

And, to post some more info (mostly about what NOT to do). I took the sums of each number from the end to see if it corresponded with the alphabet (ie 290 -> 2+9+0=11). All of the numbers DID end up being smaller than 26 (so they might correspond) but I haven't looked too much into this. Oh, and I haven't checked with a Caesar cipher of 3. I will probably check it out tomorrow.

death_nation : That's ok. Congrats on your 1000th post anyway =D

dagedude : Maybe your focusing too much on numbers at the moment. The numbers at the end do have something to do with the answer, but unless you know were to apply them, they don't be much help. Man, this guy who wrote this note had bad grammer.
