Favorite pokemon isn't a very original thing.

So then i thought '' What about favorite gym leader? ''

So post your favorite gym leader (All gens) in a reply.

Mine is Wattson from Hoenn, because he is funny and i like his electric-type pokemon.

Favourite Gym Leader would probably be a toss up between Jasmine and Giovanni.

I don't really know what it is about Jasmine I like, maybe just because she looks like this sweet little girl-and then she has this monstrous steelix. Also her dedication in helping Amphy. She was usually a hard gym leader for me when I picked Chikorita, but she was okay with Totodile.

Now Giovanni on the other hand is... well he's evil. The reason I like Giovanni though is because I think it's an interesting journey. You come to his gym first, but you can't get in. Then you spend the rest of the game defeating him and his evil team and then you get to the final gym, and both of the major plotlines tie together. You have your final gym battle and the final battle with the big bad, one in the same. Also I love the ground type, so in that regard, Giovanni is awesome. Even though he is evil.

I like Brock. Maybe it's because he was the first gym leader of the game. Maybe it was because he was the first "boss" that I had ever fought in an RPG. Maybe it was because I liked Brock when I watched the TV show. Or maybe it was just because he was easy to beat. I'm not really sure, but for whatever reason Brock has always been my favorite gym leader.

Oh that's a hard one so its really down to two Misty from generation 1 because she is an original and in the anime she was so funny! And the other being Candice from generation 4 because she uses my favorite type being ice and well she is quite sexy!

Well it's a tie between Clair from Generation 2 and Giovanni from the First Generation.

Brock is a good gym leader. It could be because of his Gym type, or the cartoon of him. Either way, he's awesome.

I'd probably say Brock from Gen. 1 of Pokemon. though he is the first Pokemon Gym Leader, he is technically one of the most difficult, since you face him not long after starting the game up, resulting in having very few and very weak pokemon. Especially if you get a Charmander or Bulbasaur, where you won't get any good moves until you evolve or get to a level where you're close to evolving.

I'd pick Morty as my favorite gym leader because no matter what, fighting him is always very challenging.

My favorite gym leaders are Erica and Sabrina from the first generation. Their clever battle techniques is the MAIN reason why Psychic and Grass are my favorite types, and no other (only a few exceptions.)

Many people see Grass types as weak, but with proper training as demonstrated by Erica, Grass types can be some of the strongest Pokemon! I love putting my opponents to sleep and draining their HP with leech seed, mega drain and other Grass attacks!

My favorite Gym Leaders are a toss up between Giovanni and Pryce.

Giovanni is because, well to be honest, clipper said it best.

Pryce is essentially the same as Giovanni to me. If anyone has any questions why, or doesn't know about Pryce, feel free to ask or read the Johto manga

Cool thread, my favorite gym leader is your dad in pokemon emerald, because it is cool that you get to beat up your dad, well not beat your dad up but beat up his pokemon.

Either Lt.Surge because he actually amuses me more than anything else.

I also like Brock because he's also amusing and he basically the first gym leader we got to know. So yes I would have to choose between those two.

Plus rock and electric are coincidentally my two favorite types.

I like Blaine because battling it in game is very strategic and he is my favorite because I really like fire pokemon.

my favorite gym leader is clair the dragon badge from pokemon black and white  because i love dragon pokemon and dragon pokemon are strong and thats my favorite pokemon

 Sky la defiantly She hot and I liked white and black to much i beat the game over 5 times now and am about to beat it a 6th time restarting isnt a whole lot of fun but i just like playing through the game over and over that's what i did with all my Pokemon games

I guess I'd say Brock because he is my first ever gym battle

My favourite is Bryon  in Sinnoh because he uses Bastidon and I think Bastidon looks like a grey bull ran straight into titanium wall really fast 

Without a doubt, my favorite would either be Clair, Misty, Jasmine, or Drayden. 50% is because they've got strong pokemon and the other half or should I say just Misty, is because I personally liked her. On the show, after a bit of training, she got a Gyarados and was a beast. 

My favorite gym leader is Flannery . He Torkoal was the best.

Flannery's title is "One with a fiery passion that burns!" Her passion for Pokémon burns stronger and hotter than a volcano.
She is admired for her beauty and strength. She's only been Gym Leader for a short time, and she tries to act intimidating but can't quite get it right. After she loses to the main character, she realized that she was trying too hard to be someone that she wasn't and had to run things her own way.
Her grandfather was once a member of the Hoenn Elite Four. She apparently is familiar with her fellow Gym LeaderNorman's battling style, alluding to it.
In addition to the Heat Badge, Flannery gives out TM50 (Overheat), in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.

I really like Brycen, who is the 7th gym leader from the Unova region, because he is an Ice Type master and is really cool because he is like a ninja in how he acts, and is very intelligent.
