THE DILEMMA

[OPENING NARRATION]
The phone call… It played back in my head a few times before it actually sank in. He had the same tone as my brother, and sounded like my brother, but there’s no chance in hell that he was my brother. I mean, there’s no way that’s him… Right?
I saw the tape, everyday, for almost eight years. He died after that recording on the tape, and I know he did. There’s no way he would’ve lived.
…Unless I’m missing something.

The tape rewound; the clicking sound was music to his ears as he frantically clicked the play button. The tape sluggishly pressed on, and the news report from 2001 had returned. The same news reporter with the same tone of voice, and that same exact live phone recording; Walter repeated aloud, as if it was his main line of study at this point. He checked every single conceivable angle in which the reporters could have edited or cropped the video.
Walter watched the tower fall and he heard his brother’s voice again. But, after all this time, he just noticed something that he never had before. Walter turned the volume up and listened to his brother’s voice. It didn’t match with the area he was supposed to be in. He could hear an odd echo in his brother’s voice, and that would never happen in a building… At least, not this building anyway.
It was then that Walter knew he had to do something; he had to find his brother, and from the sound of the recording, it sounded like he was obviously in some sort of hidden location.
Without standing in place any longer, Walter grabbed his wallet, his keys, and his phone. He was going to the airport, and he now completely knew where his brother was.


[NARRATION]
Where the hell is this guy going? He just stormed out of the room and started running. Maybe he saw something that I definitely didn’t see… Or, maybe he’s just insane.
Either way, I’ve gotta do something… I can’t stand here forever.

Ziggy chased Desmond down the hall and toward the loud alarm noise. Apparently, insanity was a playing factor in this man’s mindless running… Perhaps he knew something that Ziggy didn’t.
DESMOND : “C-c-crap, gotta type it in… C’mon… Go!” Desmond rapidly typed on a beaten up old keyboard, and several pieces of code popped up on the screen. The green letters and numbers covered the nearly obsolete monitor, and Desmond began shaking.
ZIGGY: “What’s with you and all these random pieces of technology everywhere?”
DESMOND: “Oh, be quiet, I saved you, didn’t I?”
ZIGGY: “What do you mean by ‘you saved me’? I don’t recall being in any eminent danger…” Ziggy scratched his head and mumbled sarcastically.
DESMOND: “Look up.” Desmond pointed up to the ceiling, and his hand was shaking uncontrollably.
Ziggy played along with the crazy man’s little proposal, and checked what possibly enthralling thing would be on the ceiling.
ZIGGY: “Why is there a weird tab thing with ‘108’ on it?”
DESMOND: “I have to enter the code every hundred and eight minutes… Or…” Desmond couldn’t finish his sentence before Ziggy cut him off.
ZIGGY: “And, pray tell, why do you have to enter this code almost every two hours?”
DESMOND: “The Dharma manual states there will be an electromagnetic implosion. I don’t think I want to risk trying that out.”
ZIGGY: “How do you know the real truth if you didn’t let it come out? Don’t press it next time.”
DESMOND: “Are you insane? We’d all die!”
Ziggy refused to believe what Desmond had to say. Maybe Desmond had just blindly obeyed this whole time, and maybe there were no consequences to ignoring the button and the computer.
ZIGGY: “Do you know how ridiculous you’re sounding? You’ve been down here for god knows how long, and you are positive of the consequences? You’ve never seen it for yourself! You don’t know!”
Desmond fell back into the chair behind him;
Ziggy now contemplated it in his head: should he just let Desmond keep blindly following this procedure, or should he have Desmond ignore it for once?


iBOCK knew that if he got out of the pit, there was a massive risk of Benjamin Linus still standing on the surface. He dug under the bones and found an odd gun; it didn’t have a magazine at the bottom, but it had a really heavy chamber. He held it in his hand and juggled it around for a few seconds. It was way heavier than any gun he’d ever picked up.
Methods of escape played out in his head like a movie; he could either get out of the pit and risk running into Ben Linus again, or try to attract other peoples’ attention nearby by firing the gun?




BENNYMD: “Dude! What should we do?!”
JIGSAW: “Well, he went on his own, so I guess we just let him do this alone…”
Roy opened the door to the submerged thing and swam in. He noticed that the inside looked extremely familiar; the seating was exactly the same as the plane crashed on the island.
The bodies were in the exact same positions as the people who crashed onto the shore…
Roy swam out of the plane and tried to look at the side of the giant thing. He then saw the most unexpected logo in front of him.
AMERICAN AIRLINES FLIGHT 815.

that procedure won't go on ever again. i still have a gun, after all

I choose to go to the American airlines because I believe my brother might have taken AMERICAN AIRLINES FLIGHT 815. I don't really have any other choices. I hope I'm correct.

I say we go find Roy.
We've been given the same option twice in a row.
Obviously if we don't take that option something's gonna happen "

Don't worry about being killed off; I need cast members to run a story Nobody has died yet, but I don't think it'll stay that way in the coming weeks.

Ok, i do still have a gun, two halfs of one key (i need glue or something), a couple of extra bullets, a knife, and 3 flasks of water.

the joke is on you, roy. if the ghost has physical presence then i'll just shoot it. then i will have killed you twice. that would make me feel guilty, though

But if i am a "physical apperence" ghost ill just shoot you realise that i am a physo ghost.

well, none of this has even happened yet...but the way i see things, you have 108 minutes to get the hell out of that wreckage to ensure nothing happens to you, though nothing might happen anyway
